An entrepreneur since he was 17, Claudio came to marketing from the business management side. He graduated from Belas Artes, is completing an MBA in Management, Entrepreneurship and Business Development at PUC, and lived in the United States, where he studied business models up close. At Arantho, he leads the diagnoses, bridges marketing strategy and business management, and runs the AI and process projects.
Before Arantho, Luciana founded FitGli, a healthy sweets shop that became a local sensation in Americana, and worked on the strategy side of a marketing company in the city. With ongoing training in marketing (more than 10 courses), she leads communication strategy, positioning and brand archetypes at Arantho and represents the company at BNI and at speaking events.
